Technical Support

Customers have direct and immediate access to our technical support staff via a toll-free number. All incoming support calls are directed through a Technical Support Coordinator at our support desk, available Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. The coordinator will verify your support status and transfer you to an Application Engineer who will best handle your question(s). If an Application Engineer is unavailable, your call will be logged into a tracking system to assure the fastest response possible. A call remains open until a solution is reached.

Software Support Plans

You can choose from one of TPM's three support options depending on the needs of your organization. The right support program provides big payoffs for the employer in increased productivity, knowledge, loyalty, and contribution.

Technical Education

Get trained at TPM with hands-on, instructor-led classes to help you get the most from your software. We offer a full range of certified curriculum courses that combine lecture, demonstration and hands-on instruction. TPM's training facility posses state-of-the-art computer equipment and an informational atmosphere that is comfortable and conducive to learning. Our Mobile Training Room gives us the capability of meeting your business needs when you need it, where you need it.

All courses are eligible to redeem Continuing Education Credits. Certificates are available and are administered upon course completion.
